All content, software, and design of PerkFlow are owned by PerkFlow, Inc.

You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update or modify features at any time.

PerkFlow is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Decisions made based on platform insights

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met

You may terminate your use at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

PerkFlow implements industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption (data in transit and at rest where applicable)
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Audit logging
• Secure cloud infrastructure

PerkFlow Responsibilities:

• Protect platform infrastructure
• Maintain access controls
• Monitor for vulnerabilities

Customer Responsibilities:

• Manage user access permissions
• Ensure lawful use of data
• Maintain internal security policies

PerkFlow agrees to:

• Treat all customer data as confidential
• Not disclose data without authorization
• Use data solely to provide services

This obligation survives termination.

In the event of a data breach:

• PerkFlow will notify affected customers without undue delay
• Provide relevant information on:
  • Nature of breach
  • Affected data
  • Mitigation steps

While no system guarantees 100% uptime, PerkFlow aims for:

• High availability infrastructure
• Redundancy and failover systems
• Continuous monitoring

Enterprise SLAs may be provided upon request.

Enterprise customers may request:

• Security documentation
• Compliance summaries
• Data handling practices

Subject to reasonable notice and confidentiality obligations.
